I have a confession to make:
I am incredibly tired of church. I’m tired of singing songs and playing my guitar and the so-called worship curve. I’m tired of offering talks and the rich young ruler and something about a camel and a needle.
I’m tired of announcements. My God, I’m tired of…
I’m on the same page… been reading the book “Pagan Christianity?” by Frank Viola and George Barna, amongst other books… and finally figuring out why “church” has felt so boring, dead and frustrating for most of my life. God isn’t boring… but some people trapped in religion sure are… Thanks for sharing your point of view, it’s refreshing.
